Our senior consultants sit in the board of our client, acting as Chief Brand Officer(CBO) in the client's organization. CBO service is on annual retainer base. At the beginning of the CBO service, both Kenex Consulting and the client will set the branding goal together. Based on the goal and the company's schedule, we will provide a detailed plan for the CBO service which includes hours to spend in the CBO service period. Regular meetings and monthly review will be conducted, and the plan will be adjusted together with the client. At the end of the service period, both the client and the consultant will review the goal and service together. According to the mature level of the system and the brand team of the client, we will decide if the service needs to be continued.
